However, the casino is blocking my withdrawal of 3,400 EUR, demanding verification of a Robinhood account. Robinhood was used only as a third-party exchange service to purchase cryptocurrency before sending it to my Phantom wallet. Since it is a custodial service used for a one-time purchase, I do not have access to the internal verification documents they are requesting.
I have proved that the funds were sent to the casino directly from my own Phantom wallet. The casino is setting an impossible condition (third-party verification) as a pretext to avoid paying out my winnings.
