My wife won almost a 1000$ on Jamslots and the refuse to pay her winnings, she went through the KYC verification and sent all documents, she previously cashed out 106$ without any problems , she then won again and his time they keep saying they have sent a request to their finance department and will update you shortly, is there anything that can be done as it's been over 3 months and now they won't even reply to any of her messages on chat.
