That part i can understand, like a said, the €1500 hurts more then the €29.773.

The €1500 was taking unlawfuly! My account was already closed so how come they dont refund me. Im 100% sure that one deposit of €1500 didnt went trough when my account was still available. After they blocked my account, the €1500 was taken out of my bank account. I can not check my balance on justbit.io, but im 100% sure that my money must be on my account. So how come they dont want to send it back? I didnt play with that money because i cant login.


please help!

Hello, since you have filed a complaint, let's see what we can find out and if we can help. If not Radka tried to help you with her recommendations. 

Actually it's quite a sad situation and I don't know why the casino doesn't want to return your deposit and has blocked your account, but I guess our team will find something.

i did send everything that I have with proof to Petronela trough E-mail. I really hope something good can come out. I just want my deposit back!
