I'm having the same problem , in fact they are asking me now to prove of deposit when in first place is already registered on my bank statement as prove of address. A fun fact they DO NOT SEND the Gigadat prove of deposit via email as others casino do.

I request to my bank a official letter with the prove of deposit. it will take from 1 to 7 business days.

so Patience now.


And i requested 200$ of 400$ that i have in my account. I requested one week cool off to avoid playing back the money to protect myself from addictive gambling. so menawhile im taking a break and keep myself busy in something else.
