they said the money was on the way and to wait 5 business days for it to go into my account and than nothing and i havent been able to contact them since
I have been playing with them for a while now so I do know the rules the money was processed and than nothing and live chat gone and no responding to emails

Funny that I have put in a complaint and I received an email after I sent a couple more emails to them today that it's with the finance department and they will get back to me yet I have heard that before and than no contact for weeks
