There was two weeks of silence from their side, no answers to emails. But yesterday they answered and asked proof of address and proof of deposit. I have delivered both docs several times on their request, proof of address is even approved status on their site, but still they keep asking it.

I am writing to file an official complaint against Lazybar Casino regarding the unfair suspension of my account and the illegal confiscation of my legitimate funds.
Key details of the issue:
Account status: Active and verified for over 1 year without any prior issues.
The incident: On the night of May 11, 2026, the official Endorphina Tournament ended. I won a prize of 70 EUR.
The casino's reaction: For the next 6 days, the casino delayed adding the prize to my account, giving vague excuses. When I continuously requested my rightful prize on live chat, the casino retroactively suspended my account.
Additional theft: Along with the account suspension, the casino confiscated 103 PLN of my active cashback, which belongs to me.
This is a clear retaliatory action by the casino to avoid paying out tournament winnings. I have not violated any Terms and Conditions. I demand the immediate reactivation of my account and the full restoration of my funds: 70 EUR from the Endorphina tournament and 103 PLN from my cashback.
