Hi there.
Bonus abuse normally means you took several no-deposit bonuses available to the newly registered players only. Have you ever set up another account in this casino? Is there any chance anybody from your household could set up the account? Those are usually the most common complications while bonus abuse is mentioned.

I would say the casino considers the matter to be closed by closing your account.
Did you have any real money left in the account? I'm unsure, so I'm asking.

yes, as I said I had 3020 euros, I tried to make a withdrawal and I was in analysis for more than 24 hours and the account was closed

As I said, you should consider the complaint. Losing real balance without further explanation probably gives no other option for now. 🙁

So I've just deposited here and when trying to get my bonus on chat I was presented with this message, I have not made any bets or wagered as I wanted to play with a bonus
But since they are closing I have asked for a withdrawal (without wagering any amount) is this the best approach or should I ask for a refund another way?

I think the best thing to do would be to just make a withdrawal when the casino recommends it, so I guess your money will be refunded normally. What else would you like to do in this case?
