The casino seems to be under maintenance for quite some time. Can you access your account, please? I don't know whether they are going to respond to us. Of course we can try that, at least.

Thank you, so sadly the situation looks just bad. At first it was just a maintenance. It has, however been a few months, so I do not belive it is just a temporary closure. 🙁

Well, yes, I think it's just a scam.

I double-checked with my colleagues and as far as I can tell, we were also unable to get in touch with the casino representatives. Well, waiting for a few other colleagues to update the situation but it does not look good.

I'm truly sorry to read this. So far, my colleagues have not been able to get a response from a wide range of contacts. If I'm not mistaken, current complaints are being discussed with our head of the Affiliate Team.

You may submit your complaint too, of course. I just fear it won't help unless the casino management get in touch. 🙁
