Let's see where you get in the complaint process as I see that there is probably not much talk with the casino and nothing has moved forward even after 2 weeks. Some things seem nonsensical to me, like the fact that you've withdrawn before using the same method and now there's something wrong. I don't really understand that, so I wonder if the casino will write back and clarify the whole situation.
