Hi i habe recieved an email from yoirselves saying you wong be gping forward with this because she has done a chargeback she hasnt done a chargeback so if this scammy casino has said this its more lies

I understand why that email is confusing if your girlfriend hasn’t requested a chargeback. We shouldn’t assume the casino supplied that information without knowing what the decision was based on.

She should reply directly to the complaint team’s email, clarify that she hasn’t initiated a chargeback, and ask them to explain the basis for that conclusion. If her complaint has already been closed, she can request reopening and explain the disputed information.
