Casinos do not filter players with "issues" pending withdrawals or complicated KYC when sending the promo. Most likely they just provide the list of contacts to the partner who sends promotions on the casino's behalf.

I'd say 4 days left, then the complaint 🙁.

yes, i will wait until Friday and i will submit a complaint. Seriously, taking 11 days to pay out 200 euros, it says a lot about how of a poor casino it is... Not to mention that i made another withdrawal of 400 two or three days ago, i guess i will wait like a month for them.
