yup i have noticed that too. a few years ago i tested one casino that do the same as well.

I do not recommend the casino is a scam they did not pay me the amount of PLN 4,000 Verification takes weeks. They come up with millions of reasons just to not pay the honestly won money. I reported the matter to econsumer.gov We need to lock up all dishonest people

My account has been under verification for a week and they rejected my documents for inventive reasons now it has not been verified because the payment amount does not match the statement I topped up my account using Skrill, which supports currency conversion. I have no strength.

Hmm, casinos don't usually have some kind of system that will track it I would say. Most of the time it's found out during verification and such, but they shouldn't take deposits anyway. If you knowingly created a second account even though you knew you had one in order to get an advantage, then that's a problem and multiple accounts is one of the most basic rules you can't break in a casino. 

So why did you create another account ? Did you enter all your personal details and stuff like the first account ?
