The casino has stolen from me as a result of their behaviour which CasinoGuru has condemned.

The complaint you had is reopened. We'll try to make sure it's all resolved fairly. As the complaint is open, it is not possible to change the safety index at the moment. Also, even if the complaint ends up being unresolved, the safety index changes once a week, so you would have to wait for it to go down.🙂

I'm going through hell with this casino. 4 months of CG helping me get verified, for the casino now refusing to process a 200 withdrawal. They only want me to request the full 2000, if you look online they have a history of saying money is processed and players never getting it and refusing to help.


CG need to draw attention to the fact this Casino group used to call themselves Goldwin and were kicked out of Malta and fined millions by the swedeish and dutch governments for this same behaviour. They also closed their previous company owing many many players.

Min kontobekræftelse blev bekræftet den 5. december, hvorefter jeg anmodede om en udbetaling. Also the Buckin' Bronco Tournament seems rigged. same 10 players winning the tournament over 6 months...

My points refreshing when i earn (checked in incognito mode too).sometimes can see real players cuz theirs points goes up like mine from minute to minute. The bot accounts points just goes up daily once or twice. i was just eye witness how they added the points to those accounts one by one to push out real players from the winning places.
