Hi thankyou for responding, yes i have submitted a complaint but as its seen here on my phone it hasn’t been picked/open by any casinoguru support staff, i’m believing coz of workload.

Another thing, which makes me stress on this withdrawal situation is coz from past 6 months all the reviews in regards to this casino have all been negative and about delay withdrawal even here and aswell as in trustpilot. I really they’re not true.

Yes, the complaint has to go through a review phase where our team looks at it, and only then is it published. I see that’s already happened.

As for user reviews, I know they can leave a certain impression. If they’re mostly bad, players tend to have a negative feeling. But let’s try not to focus on that right now and concentrate on your case instead.

i’m hoping the same but the support from this casino keep telling me that it will be processed shortly from past 12 hours but nothing has changed

I do know you guys have a policy of waiting for 14 days but based on how this casino is operating I hardly doubt it will be processed even after 14 days no wonder why they’re getting so many negative reviews everywhere now and they still claiming to be the best that’s the funniest part

I can't guarantee how long it will take. In any case, we have this timeframe, which means that if the casino hasn't paid out by then, we'll contact them. That doesn't mean the casino will pay you by then.

I don’t like it when a casino makes a promise but doesn’t keep it; that’s something that always upsets me. It’s better not to give any timeframe at all than to give one and not meet it.
