No, I am not sure of anything anymore. RTG withdrawal account shows, Pending, Processed, Rejected.
My wire shows processed Sept. 28 2023. So its only 5 business days from then.

I know it was x20 before playing there. But the way I see it is the money in my account was completed bonus removed waiting for the withdrawal to be sent. They're saying that since the money was not sent out yet then any additional winnings will attached to the original bonus, which was x20, the deposit. So again since my deposit was only 105 I only had 2100 max cash out. So if I go forward with this complaint and I'm not being negative but I will probably lose. I did not see in writing what exactly happened to me in their T&C's. But I did previously post that I found a line in the T&C's that states they can change anything they want, and I'm bound to their decisions.

I see that as a game of words, to be completely honest. You submitted the withdrawal request; the bonus should end at that very moment because you can't affect the withdrawal process speed yet the withdrawal was created. The rest is just the technical state of your balance and withdrawal.
This is how I feel about this situation.
Changing the terms is one thing; the second is how you apply them.
It would be different if you had canceled the withdrawal request, but I'm convinced you had not - right?
I would also submit the complaint.

Yes I did . I reversed my winnings which automatically cancels your pending withdrawal. After I won the additional $1250. I then reinstated the withdrawal request so I can add the additional winnings. All casinos offer reverse withdrawal. They should post on the withdrawal page that if you reverse your withdrawal and used a bonus with your winnings then any additional winnings will revert back to the terms of that bonus. This would be nice of them Right!. Well that's is what they did. They activated the bonus again. So now I am mad that they took 1250 from me. If they just paid me in full they would eventually get that money back. Now because of this I will probably make a complain and they will lose a loyal customer.

Ok it should be here in 2 days I'm just wary of casinos. I spent 500 in two days bad loses I asked the casino for a loss bonus they gave me 100 .10 spins on a crap Egyptian themed slot and I won 2.00 haha 🤣 I complained but lice chat said they could do nothing more m! I blew my top and said I was emailing my VIP account manager Gerard to sort it out or permanently and immediately close my account. The least I was expecting was 10% cashback on my loses. So if I don't get anything I'm closing that account and giving up gambling for good.

This happens to me all the time. I must have deposited $1000's at Drake casino and they offered me $50 for me to try again with a $100 Max Cash out. Are they kidding!

Yeah I've been broken by all the casino shenanigans now I'm done in by it all unless my account manager offers realistic compensation I'm out of the gambling game for good. Playing on demo I realise what a big CORRUPT con it all is. I thought Goldwin was a good one the best now once again I'm left thoroughly despondent 🤮

What is gambling? We the players gamble our money and try to win. Same as the casinos. You deposit sometimes and get lucky fast sometimes not so fast. After your first win and I am not talking about hundreds. At least min. $2000 and above. After that win you will not win again. My strategy has never changed but after the initial win somehow someway the casino blocks you from winning again UNTIL they get most to all of your winnings back PLUS extra. SO, its not considered gambling anymore is it? ITS CONTROLLED GAMING. The casinos have an edge. The Players are playing at their casino. This is not a brick and morter building where the slots were made in a factory and were set to hit. This is computer software and it can be manipulated even though the controllers say they have no control of the outcome. That is a lie! I have experienced this. Just yesterday after complaining the slots had no return to player after I chatted they came alive. I am considering getting out of this all together. Its B.S. Win and you really lose!

Almost like they know what places you play at. I have noticed that some casinos insert a tracking code. Because when I sign in my computer and to some casinos my software blocks malicious websites. that's the error I receive. Especially the downloadable software. Don't install it

Yeah my thoughts exactly the slot I usually play even if I don't always win I get long periods of entertainment out of it but not over the past few days deposit gone in minutes no feature very poor bonuses if I get any at all. I'm getting a nice bonus next month and have decided it's not going to be spent on gambling no way like I said I was made a VIP by Goldwin and if my account manager doesn't compensate me for my loses I'm closing my account and that my gambling habit finished for good!! 🤬

They (make) let you (whatever you think) win and its human nature to want more. Hey I won here I can win again. I once read online. As soon as you win at a casino find another. Close your account and move on because if you stay you will end up giving all your winnings back and more, chasing that huge jackpot that the casino controllers say to you. One spin can change your life. THEY ALL SAY THE SAME THING. THEY ALL WENT TO THE SAME BS CASINO SCHOOL!. I am sick of hearing it and I am also sick of hearing that our casino runs on a RNG. We have no control of the outcome. Maybe so but they have the ability of making a players gameplay more exciting making them win by adding more feature rounds and free spins and most importantly a high return to player. JMO!

If you are playing in RTG casinos your overall activity is 100% getting tracked somehow, at the end of the day they are looking for their best interest, playing on a casino that offers their very own games sounds like a terrible idea to me

RTG casinos don't have their own games. They rent the software from Real Time Gaming company. I am not sure how it works though. I like the RTG games. They usually pay well over $10 bet.

Isn't RTG running these casinos themselves? I could guarantee that's the case, the groups running these casinos could be RTG's unofficial subsidiaries, it could be such a great business model, maybe I'm being a bit exaggerated but with everything casinos and providers do I wouldn't be surprised if this was the case 😂

I really don't think so. This is the company that makes the software. Its is not a casino.

Yes, I know RTG, they are a provider just like any other (I used to confuse them with BTG), but it seems weird to me why casinos exist offering exclusively their games and why all of them got almost identical T&C and bonus schemes, maybe I'm too much of a paranoid lately 😂

Okay. And you're correct; something like this should be stated clearly in the terms. Or at least some pop-ups should warn you what is about to come when you reverse the withdrawal...
