I strongly urge to not play at this casino..I'm still waiting for my withdrawl which has been pending now for 5 days and everytime I ask support what's going on they give me the runaround and then keep asking what more do u need. These casinos get there deposits immediately, yet when we try to withdraw funds ,,we have to play the waiting game. And yes my account is verified.

Omg so check this out..they said they sent my money to my bank and it was accepted but that's impossible as my bank is a online bank and they don't accept wire transfers .I did not know this...and now the casino is telling me there not responsible once it leaves there platform. I talked to my bank and they told me under no circumstances would they even got a mess saying it was accepted because they don't accept them.so this casino is basically stealing money from. Customers as that is what it appears . I am contacting my lawyer and whomever governs this casino

I have been waiting for 3 weeks now to get verifyed and trying to withdraw money from there. But when the finally verifyed me after almost 2 weeks, they have now decided to remove the bank transfer option. So I cant withdraw to card and I Can not withdraw to bank. I have none of the other options, so are my money just stuck there? Or does anyone know how I Can get the money in my bank account? I have Only used card to make deposits.

It’s 250€, so I Will live just fine without it, but at this point Its not about the money anymore

I just want to strongly recomand to dont play there, it is the worst casino i have ever played at, and support is not even a 1/10

if u want to play there u might just as Well send the money to them, cause u wont see any of then again

Worst experience ever they dont pay out at all live chat is awfull = wait 5 minute's wait 5 minute's is all they say they dont send emails when they say they do lol . Im waiting 7 day's for my winning's and have more money to withdrawl but off course you cant make another withdrawl till u get the first withdrawl they lie and lie definitly scammer's the experience was so bad now and stressfull i dont care they can keep my 1500 i won that's how bad the experience was
