Hello, I have made multiple deposit at this casino and I had issues with two of them. One was at 23. November of 50 EUR and I got charged twice for one deposit. And second was at 20. December of 48 EUR, that wasn't issue. I have informed casino about this and they said to contact my bank. I contacted my bank and they said that all payments have been processed. I said to casino about this and since then no reply from them.

Nah men this casino is BY FAR the most rigged one!
Besides im trying to withdraw for more then 12 days and STILL did not recive any money. As you can see they paid 3.084 to my bank and now they said it was canceled because i have a deposit limit . FUCKING BULLSHIT. Now i got the canceled withdraws back on my account and WTF 411 EURO of the 3k. Nah men this is way too rigged!

Oh and also important i asked for the withdraw receipt/proof that they made. They said we will send it to you. I want to see it because i know its never paid. Guess what they never send it!
How in earth can you make a payment to me and say its on your bank know and will receive it soon and 4 days later say we canceled the withdraw???? How can you cancel something that is paid already.

Good questions. Did you ask the casino support?
I would certainly do that. In any case, let us know how the situation develops. As you probably know, similar issues are solved daily through our Resolution Center. Maybe the time has come to submit another complaint.
