I’m not going to repeat the same thing again, as I’ve already explained how the process works. In the top-right corner of your complaint, you can see the timer showing how much time each side has to respond.

If you check your complaint, you can still see that Mirka has time to properly review everything and work on your case. Communication with the casino is also handled through the complaint process.

So please keep an eye on the complaint itself. There’s no need to post similar questions every day asking when it will be resolved. As Radka already told you, we simply don’t have an exact answer to that.
