I just hope you didn’t deposit any of your own money there. Unfortunately, we often see players lose money after trusting sites like this and then realizing that they’ve been deceived.

Scam casinos are not normal online casinos; they lie and trick people into paying fees, so even if you lodge a complaint, they won't even respond. It's the same logic as if they had never intended to pay a single cent to anyone. This is still the same scammy group.😐

I would like some advice about Turbo Casino at turbo-casino.live.

I received a bonus of approximately AUD $700 and played using the bonus money. My account balance eventually reached AUD $324,091.54.

The casino says I must deposit approximately AUD $146 to verify my account before I can withdraw any winnings. They said the deposit would be credited to my balance and is not a fee.

I have not deposited any money because I am worried that the website may be a scam.

Does anyone know whether turbo-casino.live is legitimate and licensed? Is it normal for a casino to require a deposit before allowing a withdrawal?

Hi, I’m having exactly the same problem with Turbo-Casino.live.

I had around €3,948 in my balance and wanted to make a withdrawal. The casino support first told me that I needed to make a €94.84 payment for "Confirmation of wallet ownership".

Before making this payment, I specifically asked Sophia if this would be the last payment required and if I would then be able to withdraw my balance. She explicitly confirmed that there would be no other deposit required.

I made the €94.84 payment. Immediately afterwards, they told me that a new requirement had appeared: an "VAT Error" requiring another payment of €155.20.

They also told me that each deposit must represent at least 70% of the current requirement, which makes no sense to me.

I have screenshots and the complete chat with their support proving everything.

I would strongly advise you not to make any further deposit. I have already made two payments and they keep creating new requirements before allowing the withdrawal.

If you want, I can send you screenshots of my conversation with Sophia so you can compare it with your case.
