I am writing this formal complaint to address severe fraudulent practices, financial extortion, and a total breach of fair gaming standards experienced on vegazio.com

Details of the Incident:

Fake Verification Deposits: After playing on your platform, I attempted to withdraw my legitimate winnings/funds. Instead of processing my payout, I was informed that I needed to make a mandatory "verification deposit" of a minimum amount (starting at 80 [specifică moneda, ex: EUR / USD]) under the pretext of verifying my payment method or account.

Endless Extortion: Complying with your initial requirement did not result in a withdrawal. Instead, immediately after depositing the requested amount, I was subjected to further, recurring demands for additional payments and fees under various fabricated pretexts.

Casinos can sometimes ask for a small deposit to verify a payment method, so the idea itself isn’t necessarily unusual. What is much more concerning is when they ask for a relatively large additional deposit supposedly to verify the payment method or complete verification. This type of scam has become quite common online recently, so I definitely wouldn’t send them any more money.

It’s a shame you didn’t come here before making those deposits. I don’t want to say with absolute certainty that you’ll never recover anything, but based on what you’ve described, I unfortunately wouldn’t have expectations of getting the money back.
