AVOID BY ANY MEANS!!! This site is a fraudulent cowboy website who do not pay anyone out no matter what, after a week and a half of withholding and reviewing my winnings of £1800 they emailed me today to say my payout has been denied and they ret ur bed my original deposit of £20. They came up with an excuse saying;

’Please be reminded that:

"Players are allowed to place single bets lower than 20% of the total value of the Active Bonus credited and should not exceed 8 GBP, 8 EUR, 8 USD, 8 AUD, 8 CAD, 80 SEK, 80 NOK (as applicable). Therefore, placing a bet of 8 GBP while there's an Active Bonus of 100 GBP in effect is considered acceptable practice."

 

Upon checking, on the 27th of June, you have received a free bonus of £2, therefore the maximum bet allowed should be less than £0.40.

Our Audit team found bet/s of £1.25, £2, £2.10, £3.15 and £5.25 while the bonus was active which clearly breach our Bonus Terms & Conditions.’

it’s all lies in order to not pay out, so anyone who is considering depositing do not do it! And anyone who is waiting for a payout then consider your money gone and cut your losses. They are scumbags and most likely zio-Jews because that’s their known behaviour!!!!

Hello, I understand you are convinced that all your bets were ok while the casino claims otherwise. Thanks for sharing that. Does a casino account allow you to see your betting history? I mean, if the answer is yes, it would at least, in my opinion, be a vital starting point. Do you think there's a way to find out?

Currently have around £4000 pending withdrawal. After submitting all relevant documents- which have all been approved, my withdrawal had been pending for 2 weeks before they asked for more documents and cancelled my withdraw.

I speak with live chat daily and they are unable to give me an update.

We generally give casinos up to 14 days to complete both verification and withdrawal processes. If the casino still hasn’t managed to verify you and process your withdrawal within that timeframe, then I think it makes sense for our complaint team to look into the situation.

What also stands out is that, according to what you described, you had already been verified, but after you requested a withdrawal, the casino waited around two weeks before asking for additional documents and cancelling the withdrawal. In my view, if additional verification was necessary, it would have been better to request those documents sooner rather than letting the withdrawal sit for that long first.
