So I have been trying to withdrawal from this casino for about two weeks now, account had been verified, at first their excuses where that the withdrawal had to go through a payout audit process and now they’ve been saying for at least 4-5 days that their Bitcoin payment processor is down for maintenance 🤔🤨 How is that even real? How many crypto payment processors are available these days?? I don’t know about you but these excuses seem like nothing but delay tactics. So I got up to about $550 on Platinum reels and then at 400 I decided to cash out. Through 3 or 4 days of stressful emails submitting my card just right blocking out certain numbers on the card and sending it through them sending it back blocking out other numbers sending it through and sending it back all through email it was finally up for review then that took about 2 or 3 days. When it was finally time they had denied me because I had--get this--a fucking arrest record from like 15 years ago. Get the fuck out of here. I sent them an email back and said if you're customers knew this you would lose about 80% of them. They refunded my deposit and here I am...... what casino has a policy like that? I'm not on probation or parole nor have I been for several years.

. Deposited 100 playthru was 9000 with a 10 dollar max bet and when I was all done I won 1151.00. Documents all approved then 2 days later I received another email saying that my account was audited and the max cashout is $500 on that coupon. I did not see the terms when I took the coupon

They wouldn't reverse my withdrawal back to my account as cash but they said I can reverse it to something called Money Card where you can send money to and from their sister casinos. No thanks I replied. I have played here many times over the years and when I received the email I figured ok (One More Shot ) and I actually won which never ever happened before. $1151.00 not a big win but better than nothing right? well that turned into $500 max cash out. So today I received another email , This email will put you in a good mood. The finance team has approved your withdrawal. Congrats on your amazing win ($500)...I cannot believe I am even wasting my time discussing this. Are these people in a different world than I am.
