I have been using playwise 365 for a while now , I usually deposit money using bank transfer but this time I decided to use their crypto payment option

(This was the invoice that was generated by them for the payment)
Total invoice amount was = 234.29 dollars (19,500 rs)
Total amount sent was = 237.29 dollars (19,749.50 rs)
The invoice was stuck in confirmation for 24 hours after which it expired but the BTC left my wallet and got transferred to their wallet
This is the transaction TXN :- e3b47cf30468b6cbebed6b05f0811904d71ebfb7e4d05df501bfc40fe9af66ee
They inturn transferred the same amount to another wallet which can be seen on the blockchain
I have been trying to contact them through their chat support , VIP whatsapp manager and even email
They only have 1 thing to say , the transaction has failed and they did not receive the money.
It is clear that they have and I am helpless right now.
They only ask me to wait and say that they will return my money when they receive it .
Does anyone out here have any tips on what can be done ?

It's been a week now , their agents keep calling me everyday asking me why I'm not playing anymore , I don't know how they cannot track a bitcoin transaction , the data is available for everyone to see .
When I pressed them on the matter , their agent sent me a voice note in hindi saying that their company has a turnover of millions and they're not interested in stealing my minuscule deposit amount.
