Raging bull will not payout! I redeemed twice for $400 each for a wire transfer. I was told so much bs! They won't except my bank (US BANK)

They won't except my utility bill for proof of address because it has my husbans name on it. I screen shotted some of the chats I had with them too. What can I do now?

No. They want a utility bill. Which is in my husbands name. But w2 and tax return have address. They are not responding now

I wanted to share my experience and see if anyone else has dealt with something similar with Raging Bull Slots.

I have a verified account and submitted a $1,149 withdrawal request back on June 22, 2026. Here's the short version of what's happened since:

My initial Bitcoin withdrawal was accepted by the platform and sat pending for 1-2 days before being denied because I'm a card depositor — a restriction never disclosed at deposit

I was then required to submit full international wire transfer details along with a bank statement and proof of address

My ComEd electric bill was rejected as proof of address — I resubmitted a cell phone bill within minutes, which was accepted

My wire was then rejected because my Chase account is a joint account — again, never disclosed upfront

I requested a full Bitcoin exception and was offered only $500 max with the remaining ~$649 still requiring a wire transfer

When I asked to speak with the payouts department or a supervisor I was told there is no direct communication with that department

I filed a complaint with Casino.guru and was assigned a mediator relatively quickly. He asked me a few questions which I answered promptly and provided all requested documentation including chat transcripts and emails. That was several days ago and I have heard nothing since. My response timer now has about a day left.

Has anyone else experienced this pattern with Raging Bull — specifically the moving goalposts on withdrawal requirements and radio silence during the Casino.guru complaint process? Did your complaint ultimately get resolved? Any advice on next steps if the timer expires would be greatly appreciated.
