Going back to what you said about the casino taking money from your card, I'm not sure how to understand that. If you have two-factor verification, which almost everyone uses today, then I don't think it's possible for them to just take your money without your knowledge. 

Please try to clarify this for me.

I don't even know what to write about this, to be honest. If the casino does nothing to close your account, that's exactly how it shouldn't be. Complaining would help, at least in the sense that other players would see that they don't solve such problems with us or with other players, and it might alert them when deciding whether to play there. 

When they told you they sent you an email or replied, did you ask if they could provide any proof? Swearing at them or talking rudely probably won't help.

"I strongly advise everyone to stay away from this casino. My account verification was fully approved, yet they are still holding my 4000 PLN withdrawal without any valid reason. Support keeps sending copy-paste responses and is obviously dragging the process out on purpose.

Deposits are instant, but once you actually win and request a withdrawal, the whole circus starts. It honestly feels like they are trying to stall until the player gives up or loses the money back. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful behavior toward players.

Based on my experience, this casino cannot be trusted."

Hello, thanks for the warning. It seems this thread has received more than one. Let's hope the casino will cooperate throughout the complaint to reach the best ending possible. The low safety index is, however, another red flag, I would say.
