I´m playing at simsinos for a few years now. Never had any issues. Even KYC was easy to handle.


Now I need a new KYC and upload my credit card picture.


I did and made a mistake. So I need to upload again. But all the links that they send now, aren´t working. It always shows, that I already uploaded. NO option to upload again and properly. Always the same link with the same result.


Chat is making tactic and hoping that I play my money.


Can you please help? Waiting since end of November...

If the casino is unable to resolve the issue you have experienced for this long, our complaint team could intervene.

I am just not sure if the casino will communicate with our team, as they usually don't, unfortunately.
