Hey everyone. We are taking it out on the wrong people. I agree it was very uncalled for to read someone being called a gangster. I don’t live in but I live close where if you said that to a person’s face. You wouldn’t be here to talk about it the next day. And strongly believe if it was face to face it would not have been said. It’s just uncalled for. But instead we should be taking out our aggression on the company that has screwed us out of our money. I have been reading others posts everywhere and we are not the only ones not getting what is ours.

But was it me or was it incredibly easy to win here? And if you feel the same it just tells me that these online casinos do 100% control of people win or not. Or adjust a players possible RTP % they see back from any game they play. In which case is very wrong to tell us we have a chance to win when they can remove any chance possible

You'll need to make a $25 Identity Verification deposit. Bitcoin is the best/quickest way. Usually that's all it takes to get verified and receive payment.

As a rule I don't use bonuses during normal deposits. They're a waste of money to me, because of the high playthrough.

I would suggest you make the verification deposit, but not with Customer Service being unavailable........that's the main problem.

Without a doubt, all players should be careful with bonuses. In many cases, bonuses are so limiting that it makes little sense to take them.

I would also like to add that we believe each bonus should be fairly announced to the player.
