This casino is not an honest Casino they will not pay you if you win big even if you meet all the requirements. I won a $300 no deposit no playthrough bonus to play at this casino. Initially I won $16,465.25. After registering my account and meeting the requirements I was told that I can withdraw $12348.93 if I made a $30 deposit but if I didn't want to make any deposits that I could withdraw somewhere around $8,000. So I made the $30 deposit. Sometime later I received an email from the casino stating that they would pay me my winnings and in increments of $500 over about a 6month period( the email stated until I was paid in full which would take about 6 months) once I submitted my direct deposit information to them which I did. I received a total of $3,000 and after that time the payments stopped I began sending messages, calling, doing online chat trying to see if something was wrong and why they had stopped paying me and and was told that compliance would get back to me every time pretty much and when I submitted requests to be called I never received the phone one. They eventually did make contact with me via email stating that I did not qualify for my winnings and that I was only due about a thousand dollars more at that time and so they paid me $1,000 and closed my account and that was the last I heard from them.




Hello. According to the attached screenshots, I would not agree with the casino's decision either because I didn't see anywhere that the maximum cashout is 10x the bonus amount. I also see what they wrote in their emails so basically I don't see the point of what the casino is saying.

On October 12, 2023 I received $1000 and haven’t received anything else. When trying to contact the casino about the winnings through online live chat the casino proceeded to argue I didn’t win more than $3000 and when I began uploading proof the casino immediately closed my account.
When they said you were entitled to $3,000, did you get all of it, or is the casino still just paying it out?
No I received a payment for $1000 October 12th and $500 on September 13th, September 6th, August 29th, August 22nd.
Thank you for answering my questions. It's been quite a long time and almost a month since the casino was unable to pay you any more money.
However, when you say that they blocked your account when you provided evidence, I feel that this is saying something.

I imagine it must be tempting to consider your money in the casino as "soon available". I guess your account is fully verified; hence, the only delay is associated with the transfer, right?
Frankly, I'd say you need to be patient, technically, there is nothing else you can do about it. I'm truly sorry to say that. Eight days sounds like enough time to fulfill the payment. On the other hand, who knows what is behind it? 🤷♀️ I just browsed its reviews briefly, only to find out that other players seemed to face a similar situation.
Even though I hope for the best, I'm asking you to keep us posted. With luck, submitting a complaint against this casino won't be necessary. 🤞🤞

Hello, at first the chat answered me very friendly without any problem but now a couple of days ago there is no support chat, I have been waiting since December 8th for the withdrawal in crypto 100USD and I don't have any information or anything, they said they had had I delayed the withdrawal, but I think it's been 2 weeks and nothing.
