i tried to withdraw AUD $2k and i get the following rejection message: We found out that you have exceeded the maximum bet while playing with the bonus.

apparently there are T's and C's which state i cant bet over $8 with a bonus in place? Can you please look into....?

the max bet rule is applied to most of the bonuses. If you placed bets over the allowed amount repeatedly, there is hardly anything we can do at the moment.
Are you aware of such bets, please? How many times did you over-bet, can you tell?

Hey,
has anyone successfully withdrawn a large payout from Spinago? I won over AUD$200000 after recently withdrawing $11000 (1x6000 and 1x5000) which was processed by the casino in 24hours. I requested 10x AUD$6000 withdrawals so not to exceed my monthly $75000 limit and 3 days later still pending and not processed and when I asked why was told no time frame is provided and the manager was needed to check my account! Am I better canceling them and withdrawing say $18000 at a time or just wait it out? This is life changing for me I’m a single mum whose hubby died I work multiple jobs and study and It’s literally going to make mine and my kids lives so much better. So I’m probably being impatient but I’m just worried that I’m going to be shattered if they decide to just not pay it.

Aside from what I've written about cryptocurrencies and their transfers, some e-wallets can work well too.
The problem arises when the payment provider is limited by local laws and regulations. In the worst case, the player can't even choose which option suits him/her best. 🤔
