So can you confirm if the verification has been successful or is it still in the verification stage ? Because I think you have to go through this process first before you can withdraw.

I have been on chat a few times and sent my latest bank statement that matches the deposit from Gigadat and my bank statement with my name and address with my bank and the agent on the chat said it was cropped and I said you don't need to know how much I have in my bank wasaccounts so he said he would message the verification team and that was 3 days ago.
So nothing has changed since then and you haven't received any answer whether your document has been confirmed or not ? I think the casino could at least tell you if it's appropriate or if you'll have to upload it again, because it's prolonging everything unnecessarily.

I have not heard anything since that email and they send me free spins and a 30$ for vip but I deleted them because it comes with terms and conditions...I've still been playing on the first deposit I made and now the amount in my account is 900.00....I don't get a good vibe from this new casino...they don't seem to really care about the player and I also mentioned for a new casino good reviews matter when someone is trying a new casino.

Well, the banking statement is something separate from the transaction history provided per screenshots, and sometimes it is advised to reach out to the bank, asking for the out-of-usual bank statement.
But as being said, this is something the casino should explain to the player without an unnecessary delay. 🤔

According to the Gigadat email the deposit amount should be here today...they are very slow on the verification process and I know I sent in everything required...I don't play much anymore but every now and again I try a new casino and this casino doesn't seem to really care about the player.
So it would be great if you also got a withdrawal almost immediately after verification. Could you let us know when that happens ?
As far as the verification is concerned, I saw that it was finally completed successfully but it took some time. I think that based on such experience a player can always decide whether to deposit in the casino or not. And when you say that this casino doesn't seem to care about the players, I guess that tells me that you don't want to take the next steps here.
