At the same time, when playing with bonuses, it’s always a good idea to check the terms and conditions yourself and not rely only on what live chat tells you. Sometimes support may not mention every relevant condition.
If you read the bonus terms and the specific conditions connected to the offer you’re using, you’ll usually have a much clearer picture. Then you can use live chat mainly to clarify anything that still isn’t clear.
But if even then they can’t properly explain the bonus conditions, I’d probably save myself the trouble and simply avoid using bonuses there.
