Been the season that we are at it only makes me pray for them to soften their heart and brighten their minds…
the pain that I have is that I felt violated on my "rights" as a player, however I don’t really care about the money, I care to give them a lesson so they smarten up and hopefully they stop doing that kind of things to people, is just not right to fool people like that, some people play for fun others for necessity, so you never know whom you will hurt that way, honestly I play for fun and I try to play smart too, so it was really frustrating to have your "bubble bursted" thinking that you were on top of the game and after, realize you were "the game" for them… disgusting!
other thing I do for fun is to post a thought every day on social media and here is an example of those thoughts I posted a while ago, that I think fits in this case…

We also aim to make the casino changes this mess of a rule into something more logical and easy to understand for players. You should, however, get some money for your troubles, since gambling is about this evil instrument. 🙂

Just a little side chat - I know a few rich people, and they're all kind, polite, and nice. Though many of them admitted they're so calm since they don't have to care about the money much. It's ideal, but I'd say it fits the way things work nowadays. 🤔

the casino representative Nick, called me just a few days ago to tell me that they were offering $200 for my troubles but I should NOT make it public or there was not going to be a deal anymore!!
to which I answered: mmm… let me think about it… I’ll consult Casino Guru about it, then he said "but as I said if you make it public you won’t get anything", I said: "don’t worry I’ll see what I can do about it…" so, I wrote to Andrej but I didn’t get a response so, the casino had to make it sort of public because they knew I was going to talk to you guys so, he had to write in the complaint file about the call but it was obvious that his intentions where to fool everyone again, because he dare to mention to me that if they publicly give me money for my complaint then "everybody" will ask for the same! Isn’t that so wrong?? Of course I can’t be selfish and accept that bribe!! They should have they score lowered by you guys this just can get other solution as he said they were not willing to change their mind period, so me neither…

This is absolutely absurd. sunrise is saying it's going to take 20 days or more. when it doesn't take any casino withdrawal really. There's absolutely no excuse for it. even if they're overloaded. if they can't run a casino they shouldn't be running a casino

I will never play there again. The last time I attempted to withdraw via bitcoin, they wouldn't since I didn't deposited with bitcoin. They just make excuses as they please.

Sunrise has some of the stickiest slots online and the fact is they hide it well they altered there software from the original game makers Rival Betsoft etc and there’s a lot of bootleg software going around and someone is making a fortune on this altered stuff it’s getting worse every month and I’m surprised the game makers software I should say don’t have people testing these things because if I made the software I would know that that’s not the way it should play out I didn’t make the games/ software and I can tell playing 25 cents 4 times so $1 isn’t bad but even the people manipulating this software have competition because there’s differences on the pirate copies but sundance is absolutely horrible and if you hit the stop button during a spin you will see it much better and then you’ll know what I’m talking about I have a huge list of different things that they are doing to steal or cheat players more and more then if you do finally win once in 5 or 10 tries they give you excuses not to pay out I mean it’s like they don’t want anybody to ever win ? Vance’s are if they make excuses about paying out any amount then how does anybody think they are going to pay 2k or 5k or a lot it times over 10k ? I’ve played sunrise at least 100 times and never got a rose brown on text but as I said on my other posts most of these places online are just two people doing it out of their house and when someone calls in on the toll free line they are picking up a phone that’s at least 70 years old and in other countries they don’t upgrade because they can be living in a hut and the servers can be anywhere where the governments allow it I mean we are all being fooled and lied too by these casinos and ripped off open one yourself and see how cheap and easy it is and you can be as big as you want to just come up with 40 names at random or make up up a new one every time it’s a joke but yet we play and they aren’t forcing us so who’s worse? The player or the casino ? I only play to help a writer and publisher that are coming out with a book for players describing what they are doing and educate the player and if you read it you most likely won’t ever play online again !!! It’s worse then you can imagine but it won’t last and in the end if there’s two or three honest ones then they will get all the business and the honest ones will be mentioned if I can’t find any wrong in what they are doing and as of right now it’s not looking good 😳🤷🏼♂️😢

Generally speaking, that's a standard procedure in a casino. You can withdraw only using the same method as you used for the deposit. Only in cases when this isn't possible the casino should offer you another option.
What Daniel described is the most common situation. From time to time, exceptions are possible, of course. 🙂
