Yes I'm verified and approved. And they are currently saying they are waiting on the third party to do the the next batch of transfers to make the transfers and that was 4 days ago. I withdrew on April 20th. Still nothing

Unfortunately yes I have an small issue with an other casino very similar to the one with SS, this casino called Slots of Vegas are taking $192 dollars from me and only sending me $100 when I tried to withdraw $292 dollars, this money came from 3 won tournaments of $100 each, so when i tried to withdraw they took a very long time for it like a month, then i contacted customer service and they told me that they escalated that to the managers so I should contact them again in 2 days so when i checked my account again I had the surprise that they had used the managers withdrawal process again on me, approving only $100 dollars for withdrawal so I contacted them again, and they said that it was because i played a tournament that only pays $100 dollars but I had deposited in between tournaments and I had played 3 I told them but they didn’t care pretty much the nightmare happened again of begin ripped off by an other bad casino…

I know you know🙂, submit the complaint as soon as you're ready, but I wouldn't wait far too long. Those casinos must be "properly advised" I'd say! Many unskilled players fall for what we call predatory or hidden rules too often.

I just submitted my second complaint, uff! What a pain ITA! LOL! I hate injustices, so that’s my only reason of doing all of this, I believe that if I can help making the difference I always will try my best doing so… that just will help others in the future not to be fooled like I was… this casinos have to improve or they should be eliminated, fooling people is the worse they can do soon or later "everything drops by it’s own weight", they say…
anyways, I just wanted to let you know I had submitted my complaint and I hope it works this time in our favor (the players)…

This is so infuriating. I'm still waiting on a bit coin withdraw that they say is delayed due to their Bitcoin processor being delayed for over a month now. Then I just got this email from them offer long fast withdraw with bitcoin withdraw. It's a big "Fuck you" the fact they aren't even hiding that they are taking advantage and misleading their customers
