I ment that when i finally got my money out of superb by giving them the hole visacard number,here was few sceptics that they might use that number to empty the bank account,so i said that not yet they havent touched my money!

The account was fully verified at the time of registration, that was the trick , the way they were doing verification looked like it will be a genuine casino .

I would like to say gambling is paid entertainment, and many players feels they have to get something more in return in the form of bigger winnings. From my perspective, it's not so easy. Specifically for slots.

Due to so many ignored complaints, mostly about delayed withdrawal requests, its Safety Index is now terribly low. To me, it seems they are not willing to pay or address the complaints anymore.

What does history tell us when a casino's safety index is lower and listed as high risk?...do they try to improve and start paying of just close down?
It certainly speaks volumes that the casino had problems in the past and people who didn't care much about their players and I would be wary of trusting such a casino. Of course, I will follow up that if the owner changes, for example, that can change over time, but it doesn't have to be the rule.
So, it can happen, but I think that in such a case something would have to change, for example the personnel. I can't imagine what would convince the current people who work there to start paying players. Of course a good reputation is important, but not every casino cares about it, as we can see. 🤷♂️
So my withdrawal for £300 did not go through.
I have cancelled it and going to put another request in for the full amount again.

I have noticed on the withdrawal page it says 'debit cards not supported'.
So this time I have withdrawn to my credit card, not that I think it will do any good.
