My complain is not approved because it's longer then a year but the case is not longer then 1 years old my account is 6 years old!

Hi, complaints that are more than a year old, and from what I've discussed with my colleague about your rejected complaint, it's up to the casino to give you a refund or not, because they have the right to close your account after such a long time.
I'm sorry but that's the way it is.
