Vauhdikas Casino – generel debat

Since you are apparently referring to a different casino, could you please tell me exactly which one you mean? You mentioned that it belongs to the same company, so it would be helpful to clarify this first.

Have you already tried to resolve the withdrawal issue through our Complaints team, especially if you no longer know how to proceed?

It is also important to establish whether you actually used a VPN and whether the casino’s terms allowed it. If VPN use was prohibited, it could be relevant to the casino’s decision regarding your winnings. Did the casino specifically mention the VPN as the reason for withholding your money?

From what I can see, the casino did not provide any evidence supporting its claim that you had violated its rules.

Unfortunately, the complaint was ultimately closed as unresolved. It is a disappointing outcome, but there is nothing more our team can do without the casino’s cooperation and the necessary evidence. I am sorry that you had to deal with this situation, and I hope you will not have a similar experience again in the future.
