Well i sure have bad luck with the site runners. But this complaint is a dozy. Mainly because the support staff doesn't seem to know basic math and refused to admit the game was wrong/cheating/ripping off customers. The first time i went to support was i hit free spins on the game the green knight. The top multiplier went to X10 then the spin stopped at a 20 cent win but one of the tiles was wild X10. So 20cents X10 is 2$ X10 again 20$ it paid me 2$. So i went to support they looked and told me it was good on the tab did i have a screenshot which i didn't. So i went back and played 6$ till i got lucky a hit free spins again this time on the last spin,which is x100. It came up as you can see as 4 horses in a straight line. Which is worth 30cents so i go to support again this time i have the screenshot. They again say it's running fine and the cash out was right. Are these people really dumb that they can't do basic math in what world is 30 cents x100 on the spin 3$.
Well i haven't even finish using my deposit to them i obviously going to lose my money here if wins are reduced by X10.

How about contacting the game provider instead? They operate the game after all.

Im a dutch player aswell. And also being tricked playing at westcasino. And I know more dutch people who are being tricked and fighting to get their money back. Lets help each other out.
You are right.. they dont have a KSA liscense and they trick people with promo emails and affiliates links. But they are not allowed dutch to play at there website. They should block dutch people.
At this moment they say investigation takes 30 to 60 days. That is ridiclous.
As for casinoguru. Offering dutch to play at a casino without a dutch liscense is not the responsibilty of the player. It is the casino's ... they should not allow that.
Many casino's already refunded dutch their money because of this.
Aswell as MADRE and MGA say so.
So to hide behind their T&C and guru telling it is the players responsibility is completely false. You should read up before saying these kind of things.

Also if im at your website and click westcasino it also shows the netherlands are allowed to play. You should deff change that. For you aswell encourage dutch to play at Westcasino that is not allowed.

It looks like its legal to play at this casino its not. Its your responsibilty not to encourage dutch to play at a illegal casino. Aswell as westcasino should block all dutch IP's.

Im dutch Westcasino has no liscense but do target dutch players .. I can register and play wich is not allowed. Then I tell them... and they say I breach their t&c ? And I have to pay fines if I tell the KSA or MGA?. Im the 12 year old , they are the supermarket.

So until the end I realised that west casino are protected and they hide and are hand in hand with authorities.

Giv ikke op håbet. De gemmer sig bag deres t&c, som ikke er korrekte. Lad det være en masse penge for dig.

KSA undersøger kun, hvis der er flere klager over et kasino, såsom med dette licensproblem. De er der ikke for at løse spillerproblemer. Men rapportering giver mening.
MGA'en er ingenting, reager faktisk ikke 9/10 x. Du kan have bedre madre, men de er ikke tilknyttet det.
Mange casinoer reagerer på dette licensproblem og refunderer dine penge. Desværre er westcasino meget fast, selvom de bestemt ikke har ret. De siger endda, at hvis de bliver opkrævet af spilleren, skal du betale deres gebyrer, fordi du brød deres t&c.
Du er alene, og dette kan sandsynligvis kun løses på lovlig vis. For de tager virkelig fejl.
De bør blokere hollændere og ikke promovere det hollandske marked og narre dig til at spille med dem. Du bør få alle dine indskud tilbage.

If you make official complaint to KSA they can give you a huge fine because you where gambling on an illegally casino. The fine is up to 6k euro.
So success with this situation.
