Hello, I have a problem on September 17 I won two sports bets on whale.io. I bet on the champions league. The total win is 130 ton(700€)After the matches I wanted to log in to the site but it was not possible because there was some error, so I took screenshots and contacted the support. They informed me that there is a problem now and that I have to wait. The next day the site was already working but there was no money won or betting history. I reported the case to the support and after two weeks they closed the case. I kindly ask for help.

Hi, I'll probably have to disappoint you, but we don't deal with situations regarding sports betting because we don't have any experts and we don't have a branch. Did the casino also tell you what happened and why you can't see the history and why your money disappeared?

I requested a withdrawal of 45,000 JAMBO tokens from Whale.io on April 9th, 2025. The support team admitted there was a technical issue and told me I would receive the payment soon, but it has now been over a week and nothing has been processed.

Each time I reach out, support takes several days to reply, gives no real solution, and then closes the ticket without resolving anything. I am starting to seriously doubt their intentions.

I have screenshots of our conversations and proof of my withdrawal request.

As proof, I have attached a screenshot of the conversation with Whale.io support where they admit to the Jambo issue, but fail to provide any resolution.

The app offers a lootbox service where they give us the option to withdraw our winnings or immediately resell them at market value, but that's not the case either.

I can't resell at the exact price or receive my tokens.

I currently have 50 pages of withdrawal pending since April 9th, with no concrete response.

For your information, 1 jambo is worth $0.2170 at the time of writing.

That's a story of approximately $9,765.

I also include you in all my deposits, which strangely enough worked instantly.

Hello, I want to warn all players: beware, these are crooks. They gave me VIP status because I wagered $9,000 in one week. They told me I was entitled to free bonuses every Friday, special bonuses. But then they added conditions after I won money from a bonus. They told me I had to wager an additional $5,000 every two weeks to qualify. This is unacceptable. I have screenshots from the support chat on the site where a representative actually threatened me. When I asked if this was a scam, he replied: "Do you want it to be a scam?"

He also said they would contact me sometime in the future - which is obviously not a real answer.

I personally know three other people whose money is currently stuck with you because of the exact same excuse.
