I’ve only been playing on it for about 6 weeks and honestly you always think it’s going to change but I deposited in total £930 and then I read the terms and conditions and realised they control the games and outcomes and also I started investigating them and realised they are an awful casino on £2 stakes u would win only like £2.50 to £90 which I thought was wrong I know how netent games well most off them and the stats and that’s not how they play at all I have requested my deposits back for weeks now but they kept telling me they were a licensed company and they wouldn’t be allowed to run if they weren’t and I believed them and also gave them the benefit to prove they were really I put that amount on and have never been in a position to withdraw at all once I did but they told me I wasn’t allowed due to bonus but emails clearly from stated if I deposited it wouldn’t be restricted at all no betting nor no wagering and that was total lies I play on a few sites and none of my other sites would ever treat u like this at all I would never tell anyone to use this site it’s a scam and scamming genuine people out off money which is so wrong

Cause on their website the "Licence" is not visible... The owner is Chifa Dora a romanian con artist.
They sent me a thousand of text message and emails, and I've check them, and find out they don't have any licence...

Yes, sadly if you contact the licence they will tell you that don't don't have a licence, so they won't help you at all.. I don't think a complaint in casino guru will help as this company don't care about it

Hi Radka I was talking about Wild Card casino not casino guru " this company"
About my complaint its handling by a lawyer, and I find a lot of things going in my way, I don't blame casino guru at all.
