A player was given access to a private, invite-only "VIP Slide" on winna.com, marketed as provably fair. Across 62 bets over 15-16 May 2026 he lost 61 of them: $7.3M lost.

Using winna's own game code, the revealed server seeds, and public Bitcoin blockchain data, that private build had none of the safeguards that make "provably fair" verifiable: the client seed was fixed to an already-public 2023 Bitcoin block and the per-bet nonce was pegged to 0, so the operator alone generated the one input behind every result. Winna implements provable fairness correctly on its public games. This private build removed the safeguard.

None of this is hearsay. The core is independently verifiable with no account via winna's own public API, which returns the game identifiers and seeds. It is now a formal complaint with winna's licensing regulator. Posting here as a public record and a warning to other players.

To be clear about what is and is not claimed: this does not assert any specific spin was hand-picked. It asserts that the safeguard which makes outcome-selection impossible and verifiable was absent, so the game was not provably fair as marketed.

On Bitcointalk a moderator has admitted to being bribed to delete multiple scam topics about Winna.

Casino.guru is a bought misleading piece of trash. Winna.com has the worst rating everywhere and ruined millions of lives with their scam and you guys giving it 9.6 high trust. Shame on you !!!!

It’s unfortunate when players like you, who have opened a complaint, ultimately don’t respond to it at all. You were in a position to potentially help lower the casino’s safety index if it was found that the casino had treated you unfairly or violated its obligations towards you.

Instead, you chose not to respond to the complaint, and now you’re posting about the rating on the forum.

It’s unfortunate that my three cases, all backed by solid evidence, weren’t accepted as complaints in the first place. Even if all you could have done was mediate and try to get the casino to provide a response that would still been great progress.

Luckily 2 other sites accepted my complaints and are currently trying to get an answer from Winna.

Yes, luckily. 🙂 If we ever gain the ability to properly investigate provably fair mechanics, the situation here will likely change.

From our side, however, no one outside the casino itself or the relevant regulators can objectively investigate requests such as:

"Provide the complete bet slip associated with nonce 81863. Provide an explanation for the missing range of nonces between 80433 and 84534. Confirm whether this nonce was actually played, skipped, or otherwise processed by the system."

The issue isn't whether the casino responds. It can always provide an explanation. The real challenge is whether anyone in our position can independently verify that explanation. Unfortunately, that's where our ability to investigate ends. 😐
