Thank you, in my case the payout is still pending and I have already lost faith that the winnings will be paid, I keep getting the same answers on the live chat and I hope this will be a warning to others not to start playing at this casino, I also hope that others who are waiting for a payout have had a bit more luck and received their winnings, regards 😊

I am now onto week 11 of waiting now. How long have you waited? I had to go through the same process after 9 weeks. They put the money back in my account and made me process the withdrawl again. Keep getting told the same rubbish from support. I dout il get payed out now. Home of a site

Det der generer mig ved det er, at jeg et par dage før havde en udbetaling på 200 euro, som allerede var på min konto efter 4 dage. Og nu tager det angiveligt 7-21 dage? Jeg får overhovedet intet svar på e-mail, i live chatten fortæller alle dig noget andet. Så nogen lyver så ja. Og alle anmeldelser bekræfter det. Når jeg tænder for mit wifi, blokerer de mig, jeg kan kun komme til siden, når jeg slukker for mit wifi. Men mere end 20 uger??? Og de taler stadig deres vej ud??? Jeg tror ikke på dem længere, og jeg håber, at dette casino vil blive lukket snart. Jeg kan ikke fatte, at jeg faldt for sådan et kasino. Men jeg vil ikke finde ud af det og sagsøge hende. Jeg venter selvfølgelig stadig på de 21 dage. Men jeg ved allerede i dag, at jeg aldrig får de gevinster, jeg vandt lovligt. Det alene viser kasinoernes reaktion. this happened to me I had to wait 3 months for my withdrawal as they had a lot of scammers getting money out of them so they where doing proper Checks . Unfortunately after 3 months it was declined and then I made the withdrawal again the same day and a few days later they emailed me telling me to send ban statment and card for proof . After I did that they withdrew my money and everytime after that it took around 5 days to make a withdrawal after that . People need to know that they have a lot of problems atm they’re a new casino and problems have been made and they’re taking extra Precautions with their withdrawals . Just be patient or don’t use their website at all .

I am onto nearly 4 months since I made my withdrawal. Still contact them every day. Same bullshit from support. Nothing gets done about it. I’m having my doubts now about getting payed out

I too am still waiting, it's been over 6 months now and still the same answers in the chat, I also wonder if the winnings will ever be paid out.
