De forsinkede med vilje kontobekræftelse i næsten to måneder, og selv efter at verificeringen var afsluttet, undgik de betaling på grund af problemer med udbetalingssystemet.
Beløbet på $983,25, der i øjeblikket ansøges om, er også det beløb, der blev ansøgt om den 17/11/2023.
Jeg modtog et svar om, at betalingen ville blive gennemført inden for 72 timer, men denne anmodning blev ikke imødekommet og har været uden opsyn indtil i dag.
Jeg forstår ikke, hvorfor dette websted har en vurdering på 7,7.

how is it possible the casino confiscate 2500€ wins wich i won fairly ?
i knew my country was restricted and i contacted them and they told me to use vpn .multiple times i told them in the chat that my country is not listed every time he tells me to use vpn .now i have to lose 2500€ because i filled in a random country as recident .how is it possible these casinos state restricted countries but they allow you to use vpn ?i am very frustrated right now this is 4 times in a row wich made me lose 10000€ in a row .why curacao is not doing something to stop these criminals ripping off players?
Hi, according to what I've seen on our website the casino allows the use of VPN. I can see from your screenshot that the chat operator told you that you can play from the Netherlands.
Actually, if your country was restricted and the operator told you that you can play from there, then according to us the casino should pay you - you can read about it in our fair gambling codex.

Yes, I understand what you are writing. But when the licensing authority intervened and the casino paid you some money, the authority decided that they should pay you everything ? Did you try to write again that they only paid you a certain amount?
If you are interested you can file a complaint, but if you have already dealt with the authority I would try to even follow up with them.
Yeah this website is a scam. Same thing happened to me, they will never pay you out.
