Hi, I'm sorry you deposited money there, but one thing must be clear. If a player wants to close their account, the casino should do so within a reasonable time, but it's not the same as self-exclusion. When closing an account, the casino may ask you why you want to do so, offer you a bonus, and so on. This is common because the casino does not want to lose its players. Even though, as you say, they should do so if you ask them several times, you shouldn't have continued playing there. I doubt that the casino will give you your money back, and I don't think anyone can help you with that. 

Unless you mentioned self-exclusion or some kind of addiction, I doubt you'll get your money back.

I looked into the case, and that's exactly where the difference lies. If you just want to close your account, it's not the same as self-exclusion, as I explained. The player even said he was a gambling addict. Unless you mention it to support, they have no way of knowing that, which is why they send you another bonus. That's quite a difference in our view. It's not that the casino shouldn't close your account, but I don't think you're entitled to a refund if you only told them that you want to close your account.

Of course, from what you wrote, the casino may conclude that something is wrong, but unless you clearly state it yourself, it can only be speculation, which is not good in these cases.
