I am a bit confused over this casino. I never knew and thankfully I just read on the site as well as here that I could only cash out $500 a week up to a max of $2000 a month I have never ever seen anything quite like this before. I just won almost 2000 dollars and had to play it down because of this rule so now here I wait for my money and I'm getting the run around I am so ready to cry based off of this considering the amount of deposits I've spent over the years and for this being my very first time I could actually cash out. I am not happy at all how is this casino even allowed to run???

I checked its review 👈, and you are certainly correct about its "qualities."
Not just that the casino has a very low safety index, but also its withdrawal limits are terribly low, and they applies an unfair maximum win rule based on the total amount of deposits. That's a very risky combination.
Such casinos are still in business because many players still play first and investigate the site only when issues arises. In a perfect world, they would behave in the exact opposite way. 🙂
Meaning, would you play in this casino if you had seen its safety index 2,1 from 10 in advance?
I can say, at least from my perspective, that I would not.
