The casino platform loses its license if you don’t pay out your customers.

White-label casino providers like Softswiss, Moagaming and BlueOcean Gaming hold the license. They’re responsible for every little thing that can happen with the associated domains.

On the biggest platforms, several hundred white-label online casino operators operate under the same license.

• The platform loses the license, the owner gets blacklisted.
• Hundreds of operators (like your casino) are then immediately out of business.

The risk is high, because the consequences are severe

Nobody wants that!

The only way to control the risks is, of course, to control the flow of money and make sure that everyone follows the rules.

This means several things:

• Your customers must be paid first, before anyone else.
• You keep a rolling reserve fee with the platform to cover any profits your clients make and other fees.
• You don’t get paid until the revenue share deal is deducted. (For white label, revenue share can be as high as 15%, GGR)
• You get your paycheck only after everyone has gotten their piece of the pie. That’s, of course, if there’s anything left over.

Remember! White label online casino providers want you to have a rolling reserve to handle any risks

The more the GGR, the more you’ve to keep in rolling reserve.

The platforms want you to guarantee between 15% and 25% of your customer’s balance.

What I realized from this article is that, Yakuza.bet's platform provider Dama N.V./Softswiss is indeed responsible. They even hold a percentage of our balance and part of Yakuza.bet's revenue as tolling reserve for cases like these when casinos don't pay. If we don't get paid then all casinos under the same license that Dama N.V./Softswiss issued to yakuza.bet would all get shut down as well. That means Bitstarz, Winz, N1, etc... will be affected since it was Dama N.V./Softswiss that issued the license to these casinos within the same group right? If so, why not go for the platform and ask them for resolution of incident caused by one of their licensed casinos?

In my opinion, confirmation should sound like confirmation. I would expect an email at least.

Agreed. This is getting a bit ridiculous now and I wouldn't call it a maintenance anymore. Besides, I seriously doubt that out of all Dama casinos, this is the only one needing maintenance when everyone basically shares the same platform. Dama have lots to explain here for allowing them to announce. this indefinite maintenance ending with a 404. We should hold them liable if yakuza.bet just decides to vanish like this.

not sure whether anyone will be able to answer such a question. Same high ownership is not like direct managing on a daily basis. This is white label, after all.
