Its a long list..
First they were having problems with the withdrawal sistem.. then had to verify my game session.. then they asked me for documents.. ok until here, i understand.. but then.. first of all they have only to options of withdrawal, at least for me.. i tried withdrawal via visa they said that my bank rejected it, that is not true. I asked my bank about the situation and they told me that nothing was tried .. so its not true. Then they sugested me the other option, via skrill. My skrill account is blocked. A lot of people are having this problem with their skrill accounts, and skrill is not answering to anyone, not via email and not via phone...i always had a skrill account, for more than a year.. never had problems until now
I opened a complain.. they dont answer. What method of withdrawal did you use?
I used a pre paid card (linked to my card), because my card was not working. Then o did a withdrawl request for it and didnt work. Then they told me to do the request for my card and they said my bank rejected it. That is not true. I spoke with my bank and they didnt receive any attempt of withdrawal. They do this with many people, you can read here in the forum.. but i hope you withdrawal request works.

in my account, the withdrawal appears written with,,processing,,I kept talking to them on chat, and they tell me that my account is fine and to wait, I will wait 14 days and if it doesn't get resolved, maybe you will be able to help me.

Hi everybody, it seems like a lot of people are having withdrawal issues, so I wanted to share my situation as well. After losing all my deposit from sports betting, I decided to try some casino games for fun with the intention that I would lose all my bonus. No big deal, since I needed to wager ~ $2.6k (I got like about $44) to withdraw the bonus. Somehow, I ended up winning around $1k after fulfilling the requirement, but I was only able to withdraw $444 in crypto (I’m not sure why, but I’ll take it). Finally, I encountered some withdrawal issues:
When I made my first withdrawal, after waiting 24 hours, I contacted support, and they told me I needed to deposit using my crypto wallet before I could withdraw my winnings to it, since the bonus I received was from my MasterCard deposit. But why did they allow me to withdraw in the first place? If I hadn’t contacted support, would I never have known about this issue?
Today, after depositing again with my crypto wallet, I finally received confirmation from support that my withdrawal was in the processing queue. But after reading all the comments, I think my withdrawal will be delayed for some reason, like country restrictions, KYC, etc.
I’ll keep this updated. But I also want to ask, since I'm new to casinos/betting sites like this: does every user always encounter withdrawal delays? Have you guys ever had a smooth withdrawal (within 24 hours for crypto, 48 hours for cards, like they claim) ? In my account only apears 2 types of withdrawal. Via visa (card) ou via skrill digital wallet. I tried the firs one, they said my bank rejected it. Its not true. My bank didnt receive any attempt of transition from ybets. And via Skrill, right now, its impossible. My account, and the account of many users im the world, is not working. And skrill does not answer any email, im also waiting for them to say what is going on with my account. Never had this problem with skrill in more than a year. In my account no type of withdrawal via crypto appears.
"Yeah, the reason I withdrew via crypto is that I won from my bonus winnings (YB$). I guess they only allow transfers from YB$ to crypto. I hope I get lucky with this withdrawal since my winnings aren't that huge.
