Hey, it’s true that a casino can close a player’s account without giving a reason if they don’t want that player, but the player shouldn’t have any money or anything like that in the account for the casino to be able to do that. Of course that is also the case when you violate some rules.

Anyway, what you’re describing is that you won some kind of prize, right? Was it from a tournament or something? If the casino told you that you’re not eligible, what was the reason?
