Jeg har oprigtigt talt ikke modtaget en e-mail, men det gør jeg aldrig, selvom det står i min profil. Kan jeg indsende klagen igen? Som sagt handler det om en hjemmeside, der falsk hævder at have en tysk licens. Guru burde da helt sikkert håndtere dette.

i deposited few times yesterday then had weird chat experience.
Chat agent made spelling mistakes. Kept removing my bonus spins and readding them.
I then had 2 batches of free spins. Both 100 spins on the same game with 20 cent value.
After I completed each batch they both paid the exact same amount $8.56.
For that to happen right down to the exact penny would be impossible. So I dont know if these guys are using gimped games or if the freespins they give are predetermined.
But I want you to stop reading and think for one second. How can two batches of 100 spins each end on the EXACT same amount? Impossible.

Deres hjemmeside angiver ikke, hvem der ejer eller driver det (det er meget mistænkeligt, at de skjuler disse oplysninger). Da jeg spurgte i livechatten, bad de mig om at kontakte dem via e-mail. Det gjorde jeg, og svarene var undvigende; først sagde de, at de ikke forstod spørgsmålet, og så holdt de helt op med at svare.

Anyway, I kept wagering away never going above $5 spins and I got up to 24k.
