Have a huge problem with this casino. I deposited last year with a credit card I no longer have. On withdrawl from 30 free spins that I got I won 200...they want all my info from a credit card that I used a year ago.

So I dug up all the info ..including the old card sent them the statement showing them the deposit, but because itcwas a different last name ,same address, same everything ..they then want a divorce certificate, sent them that as well. Remember this is all taking place after my account was verified by the casino....now they have suspended my account and I gave to wait to see if they accept my divorce document...I'm not doing a withdrawl to a credit card I no longer have. So I seriously don't understand what they are doing. And I checked with there legal verification department they should not even be looking at a credit card that is no longer in use.

This is how you treat your players...it's a joke and I'm not impressed.

as I said no chance of winnings, let say you play a balance of 400$ and i have calculated while playing down that 400$ i have total win of 176$.... the RTP is just below 50%, it does not mater what game you play or what time you play always the same,
