When I finally decided I’d had enough and requested a permanent ban from the site (and any related ones), I had to repeat myself several times before they took it seriously.

The support team kept trying to offer "cooling-off periods" and upsell the site’s features instead of just listening. It felt like they cared more about keeping me playing than actually resolving my problem.

Eventually, they did close the account — but only after several messages insisting on it. Honestly, I’ve played on dozens of sites, and this was one of the worst support experiences I’ve had. I’m playing elsewhere now and won’t be back.

Basically, I think it is a casino with a good balance of bonuses and RTP. However, when I won and tried to withdraw, I was asked for KYC again.
At that time, I submitted a bank statement, but it was refused because there was no zip code. I think I used a bank balance certificate last time, but when I asked the chat support, they just gave me a boilerplate message that seemed troublesome and was not kind. Just registered here and played the game "Golden Dragon" hold and win feature... I got bonus and one of the orb was 180$ and when entering the bonus that orb magically disappeared,,, changed to 12$. so I thought maybe I did not see well, than i got another bonus round this time the orb was 300$ and than upsss it changed to 18$.

You guys need my bank card number showing full name and all numbers, one this is impossible to get as my card doesnt show my name. Hello! I registered yesterday and played with the welcome bonus. First of all, the casino is nice: Many games, no lags and most of the games you can play with bonus. BUT: I lost the first bonus (didn´t win anything), so i played the freespins i got from the welcome bonus. I won 9€ and played with that bonus money. I won 300€, but i knew i can only withdraw 150€ because of the bonus terms from the freespins. So i thougt, i could play with that 300€ and any winnings above i will get it. I asked the Support if i can withdraw that money and he said "yes". I have played with that money and i got over 1.000€ on my account. I withdrawed that and they cutted it on 150€. Withdraw 150€ when the bonus is wagered, but i won this money after i wagered the bonusmoney.
